the central station is a short walk away making the location convenient. the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere despite its central location. i found the breakfast offered a lot of choices.
the walls in the room showed some damage and wear.

great proximity ironing board stroopwaffels
The hotel's proximity to the train station and tram made exploring simple. An iron and ironing board were provided in the room, a nice touch. During departure, the hotel offered stroopwaffels (I love these!).
The hot water in the shower was unfortunately not hot enough.

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. They offered a free glass of wine between 4-5, a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Their warmth created a cute atmosphere.

helpful staff cozy room enriching visit happy hour
i found the team helpful. they suggested local spots i hadn't heard about, enriching my visit. the decor had style, and my room felt lush and cozy. i even joined a happy hour and met other travelers.
I noticed a bit of rubbish outside the hotel. Bins were overflowing a short distance away. it was slightly off-putting but didn't affect my stay directly.

I was very pleased with dining. The breakfast included upper-level key joyful, and i found it to be a genuinely really good morning experience. the food was AMAZING!!! the staff was quite attentive as well.

The location proved excellent. It was a short walk to shops, the tram, and the central train station, and easy to navigate. the gym offered a complete workout equipment. the whole hotel experinence, was amazing.

the staff were friendly and helpful , particularly with directions. my premium king room offered ample space and included a comfortable king bed. i found the location ideal , providing easy access to the train station and nearby attractions.
i noticed the bathroom plug was not working properly.

The hotel's location across from the train station was convenient and quiet inside. The staff made parking easy, and i appreciated the afternoon social hour with wine (it made me very happy!).
The room wasn't cleaned until late each day, inconvenient. I think that management should look into this issue immediately.
